The recruiter’s vibes were bad. Also slightly condescending. I was asked to speak about my experience and was in essence told that my current role was different from the position. Mind you, she had my resume up and she was the one who moved me forward for the interview ?? It felt like a humiliation ritual which I honestly don’t care to participate in. Their assessments are a waste of time.
