Started out with a phone interview with an HR representative. In a week I was scheduled for an interview at a branch. A few days later I was called into head office among other individuals that were hired.

First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.
