First step is applying online. HR will contact you within a few days and do a first interview at Head Office. They are extremely friendly and sell you on the position. The second interview is with an Area Manager and possibly a Branch Manager. This is the interview where you are tested to make sure you are competitive and willing to work hard. Following this, there is a final interview with the Group Rental Manager who will try to dissuade you from taking the position, testing you to see if you're fit for the organization. He/she will ask if you are ready to work hard, and ensure that they reward hard work.

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
