I only had one phone interview, an interview set by an email from the company after I sent my resume. After my phone interview, she said they would be in contact, I got an email 2 and a half weeks later saying they would pursue other options.

I had to wait about 15min for them to get around to interviewing me. I think they were turned off by my bachelors degree in a totally different field, I just desperately needed a job
