Just got through one round with recruiter. Very easy going but I was told I was over qualified for the role and was not asked back for another interview. If moving forward there would have been two more rounds.

Awful interview process. Didn’t get the interview as I applied for managerial role and was informed it required moving cars around. Shameful. You don’t need a driving licence for this type of jobs.
