Basically, Enterprise had a one-on-one interview at my university and let everyone sign up for it. They had an informational meeting before the interview, and then the interview was just a standard one on one. There really weren't any surprise questions, it was all pretty basic interview stuff. It seemed like they are interested in the most outgoing, sales-y people who want to work super hard.
