The interviews focus on leadership skills, customer service, and problem-solving. It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
