Interview was done online and lasted about 30 minutes. Very casual. Mostly goes over specific examples of the candidates experience with customer service, sales. Also, asking questions about why the candidate choose to apply to this position. Be prepared to think of specific examples though of customer service, sales, etc.

Phone screening first and then more interviews with other managers. behavioral questions and experience questions about yourself. Multiple rounds and managers and observational round. Some more questions and other stuff.
