Was contacted about the role through a recruiter and he set up an on-site interview for me. I first met with the HR manager for about ~30 minutes, then with the Director of Analytics and the COO for ~45 minutes each. I reached out to the HR manager the next week to express my continued interest in the position, and she then replied with an offer letter.
