The first part of the process consisted of a phone interview. This only lasted about 30 minutes, and the interview questions were mostly about clarifications of various things on my resume, the kind of work I was hoping to do, and some basic personality questions.
I then had to take a skills assessment at a location nearby. The assessment was similar to an SAT format with a math and verbal section that were very basic and tested the way you could approach different types of questions.
After that, I flew up to Madison to go through an interview process that nearly lasted all day. The morning primarily gave me opportunities to meet different Epic employees and ask questions about the culture and what their jobs required. The afternoon consisted of a couple case studies and a few interviews with different people.
Overall, it was a positive experience. They make you feel very comfortable throughout.
Long interview process and waited a month to be rejected. Nice people that made you feel at ease. Had case interview part. interview day lasted 4 hours for me with 4 different parts. I enjoyed the overall experience but did not like waiting a month to just be rejected.

There was a series of exams, and then a three hour long zoom with various types of interviews. There were also informational interviews during this time, where I met various people in the roles and got to hear from them.
