This interview was a very surreal experience - the technical interview itself was alright. My primary contact during the interview was very distracted during the process, which as an interviewer myself I can understand. However, things started to get strange when we started discussing company culture. They didn't say it explicitly, but the expectation was that you are supposed to call out your coworkers for their mistakes and backstab your coworkers if it helps to advance your own position. I got pretty weirded out by this and the interviewers definitely picked up on it. I'm glad that they were upfront about this in the interview. I guess they're looking for people who are actively seeking toxic work environments. Sorry, but that's not my cup of tea.
