Lengthy process, took about 4 months because they clearly couldn't make up their mind. Some of the interviews went well, but the final round with the hiring VP was terrible. He kept looking at his messages on his watch, not listening to my answers. He also bait and switched and started to describe a completely different job to me and then demanded I move across the country after the recruiter told me the job was local to my town. Been almost a year and I still see the job posted because they have no clear vision of the role.
