A few phone interviews, after that 1 on-site interview. I got an invitation from another country - they paid for tickets, hotel, travel expenses, etc. It was also medical test before the offer. After that company sponsored green card (special work permit in 2010, has another name now).

Describe previous projects, some basic java questions.
Very bad, only one interview whitout any technical question they said they will introduce the team structure and then ask me a code question, but they didn't ask question then leave, and the interview is not finished they said an excuse then leave

Entrevista
There was 3 rounds. The technical rounds where easy. asked some python concepts and told write code snippets. that's all. The interviewer where professional and educative. Guided me how to improve my skill and where i lack
