Aptitude test, phone interview and assessment day which is around 3 hours and include the welcome, and Introduction to the day, Group Task and Presentation and 1-2-1 Interviews. Once your 1-2-1 interview is complete, you are free to enjoy the rest of your day

They make you go through a process to not even bother replying to any follow up emails despite saying they would get back to you in a few days (been weeks)
