It was the most unprofessional company I have been to for an interview discussion. It wasn't a walkin drive. Our Resumes were short-listed and a call letter was sent for the interview. Around 250 people turned up for the interview. The first round was a written which comprised of Aptitide, SQL and Testing basics related questions. The duration of the written test was 1 hour. Few of us were told that we had cleared our written and were asked to come back after Lunch for the next round. We were back by 1:50pm At 3:15pm, we were all called together and told that a screening of our profiles was done by 3 members of the interview panel and they did not find the resume suitable for the open position. I repeat, "Our resumes were short-listed and we all came along with the call letter". On inquiring, we were told that they did not get a chance to go through all the resumes - Funny, they send call letters without looking at the profiles After wasting half of our day, they realized they had to go through all the resumes they had received. Interestingly, the Call Letter said Face to Face Interview on 4th Aug. There was no Face to Face. It was just a waste of time and money
