I met with the line manager for water microbiology for a one on one interview. She seemed very pleasant though was clear by the end that I was not going to be picked for the job, though this was completely understandable given my situation.

Entrevista
Basic, HR described the company, the role and the duties one had to do during a normal working day.
I was asked about my education, previous experience, a quality and a flaw, and then the HR proceeded with a few technical questions that were highschool level biology, chemistry knowledge.

-What is mithochondria?
-What is cellular respiration, and how does it occur?
-Describe the proteins, tryglicerides and carbohydrates.
-Describe a certain situation from your academic life in English.
-What are your salary expectations?
Easy process. I got interviewed by 2 different managers and they wanted to know if I could follow directions, willing to work overtime if needed, and open to learning. I got a tour afterwards.

Entrevista
Polite interview. Two lab supervisors and one human resource staff member. Lasts forty five minutes and they were very friendly. They were helpful. I got the job but declined due to some personal reasons.
