The interview was average. Quick phone screen followed by an ~hour long interview with the hiring manager. I felt that my interview went well and I was able to answer all of their questions. My main issue with their process is being sent a rejection saying that they "decided to proceed with other applicants who possess the depth of experience required for this position" when I met all of their minimum qualifications, education and experience wise. This in itself is not a problem and I assume they must have hired someone else that was interviewed. That's fine! Nope! They then proceed to repost the same role again the day after the rejection was sent out. I know that out of all the people they interviewed, at least one of us would be able to do the job. Stop looking for a unicorn to fill your positions and give people a chance to show you what they can do.
