I applied online, then an internal recruiter reached out to schedule an intial phone screen. After that, I was moved on to an interview with the hiring manager. It was only scheduled for 30 minutes, which I found odd as it's not a lot of time to really discuss the opportunity and my skillset. Turns out I was right, there was no time to ask any questions (outside of the very few I was able to ask throughout the conversation). Right when the 30 minutes was up, I was abruptly stopped mid-sentence, with no opportunity to clarify next steps, because the interviewer had another meeting right then. I sent a follow up email to both the recruiter and the hiring manager thanking them for their time, but it's now been over a week and I'm pretty sure I've been ghosted. I understand not being the right fit if that's the case here, but I have never had an interview end so abruptly and have no next steps OR a rejection over a week from the interview. All in all, not a great experience, and after reading the other reviews, I think I may have dodged a bullet here.
