It was for a smaller team so I can't put much weight on how typical interviews here go, but overall it was a really nice interview process. My current team lead was the one who conducted it and had great questions for me, not only involving my previous work experience but also genuinely getting to know me, which was refreshing from other places who were cut and dry and straight to the point.

The interview process was seamless. There recruiting agent had gotten me an interview after completing the initial phone screening and was impressed with my resume, after that I had sent him an offer letter and gotten an interview same day.
