Ghosting by recruiters ! Had a call with a couple of recruiters from Prague for a SE role, they seemed all nice during the call and mentioned that they will arrange a call with the hiring manager in the coming week, but after the call no response from the recruiters, followed up multiple times, they don't even send an automated mail that we r not moving forward. They just ghost you and keep u hanging.

It took long month timeframe with
HR screening round
3 interview rounds on site.
later got ghosted by the HR . They will create False hopes at each round.
Stay Away from these kind oof companies. Don't invest time and energy on this. Even if unfortunately you get the offer. Don't Accept it .
Heard the work culture is pathetic
Long. Took several weeks with each stage taking a week. Would have been better if more streamlined. One interview involved an on the spot role play.
Recruiter was very nice and responsive.

2. talk to director
3. wait about one to two weeks before offer and news
4. accept reject offer
that's all quite straight forward I highly recommend to apply for this company. really great
