My most difficult project was with Chem X LLC in Bakersfield, CA. I was in charge of overseeing the completion of a micro refinery within a very sorry period of time. I was given an assigned crew(some of which were temp employees). To complete the project I read the employee files and familiarized myself with their skill sets. I then spoke to each employee to see where their comfortability was with the project at hand. I then placed each employee in a position I found to be suitable for each. I would do something similar with a crew that is all remote.
