Went over story of an escalation with a customer and how I was able to de-escalate the customer and go over their account and find the issue and then resolve it with different solutions. Went over a success story of listening to a customer’s issue, gathering all the information, going through company procedure of the situation, and executing on all the steps that resulted in a customer getting the passport renewed and expedited in the for their trip.
