Walked into an interview room without what was going on in the organization and thus at first was confused and didnt know what to say. The interviewer also didnt help matters by looking at me and trying hard to throw me off balance. Anyway the process started out by handing out questionnaires to us and had us answer questions and then later asked general questions face to face.
