After sending in my application online I was invited for an interview. I was greeted by the receptionist when I walked in and met with one of the managers. He was really nice and the interview went very well it basically end up us just having a conversation. We spoke about the business and how it is growing and what is expected. The manager studied my application and asked me to come back for a second interview with another manager. I accepted and came back to meet the second manager a few days later. He explained things much more in depth and offered me the job, but I did not accept. My reason for not accepting was because he explained how the pay is commission based. I could not afford to take the risk with a solely commission based job. All around it still seemed like a good company to work for.
