I met the CEO for 2 hours. We discussed everything under the sun. He also opens up about his personal life so that you open up about yours. It's a very personal interview experience and perhaps one of the more enjoyable interviews. Unfortunately I'm unconvinced that it is effective but it was interesting to talk to a CEO for 2 hours that just flew by without making you feel rushed or that you're wasting his time. Then sat down with a manager and did a resume review session to ensure I had the attention to detail necessary. I was hired on the spot.
