Over the past two weeks, I had two interviews with your team. I was informed that I would receive feedback within a few days, but I didn’t hear anything until I followed up via email. Only then was I told that I hadn't been selected for the final stage. Unfortunately, the experience overall was quite disappointing. The interviewers came across as very cold and unwelcoming—there was no warmth, no smiles, and some of the questions felt odd and disconnected. The atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable rather than engaged. Moreover, having to chase for a response gave me the impression of a lack of professionalism and care for candidates' time and effort.
