Disorganized and impersonal.
Started off with a somewhat disorganized recruiter (last minute calls, I had to follow-up a few times, etc). In-house loop was fine, people were nice, chats were interesting. Did not get an offer, which was fine/fair/it happens, but found out with a one line system-generated email - normally I would probably consider other open roles in the Co. but not this time.

Applied online (no referral) - recruiter reached out and invited for 1st round with HM - waited for 2 weeks after 1st round - and proceeded to 2nd pannel round with 4 interviewer from x-functional team (pm, engineer, designer, Director). Didn't get the offer but recruiter was helpful and interviewers were nice as well.

Questions were almost entirely behavioral. There was no homework assignment or presentation.
