Entrevista
3 step process. A phone screen with the recruiter, an interview with the director and then a 4 hour interview with 2 managers, a peer and a manager from another team.
I've honestly never walked away from an interview with a worse taste in my mouth. The 4 hour interview is an aggressive barrage of questions with no context set up to see how you'll react. There was 0 interest in selling me on the company or seeing if there was a fit.
I understand behavioral based interviewing, but this was 4 unfriendly unwelcoming hours. I almost did not return after the 30 minute break part way through but decided to finish up and email a thank you like a professional.
I wouldn't have taken an offer even if one came in, especially to be a part of a team that interviews like this. I can't imagine how many candidates they turn off during the process all in hopes that you'll overlook it to work for a "cool" company with good benefits.

What data would you bring to a meeting about a new job and various broad questions that they seem to want a specific answer of despite you not knowing any context.
The interview consisted of a Screening call with a Recruiter followed by Interview with recruitment manager. The recruiter who screened me was super young and inexperienced and it seemed as if they had learned all their lines off by heart and didn't really show me any sort of personality/try to learn about my background.
I found this the most boring interview of my life and it has given me a negative view of Expedia as a company to work for and as a whole.
