It began with a recruiter interview, then moved on to Hiring Manager. Was told there would be a 3–4 week waiting period and then would be contacted about next steps or not. No contact was ever made. I emailed to ask if there was anything they needed from me and never got a response. 3 weeks later my status was marked as 'Not Selected'. Poor communication.
