Due to my previous work history, I have been working in customer service roles for about 7 years from being an administrative assistant to the CEO of a major company but also through managing my online selling business. Everyday I put my clients first to ensure that all my customers are happy with there experience with us and considered us reliable. . For example. I think its important to always be available in case a customer has a question regarding a specific item they are thinking about buying, because it shows that potential customer we are professionally reliable and attend there needs.No one should ever have to wait for a response with a question that will help them to decided to purchase item or not. Also a big factor in online selling is always shipping items on time and keeping up to date with customer through tracking and follow up. I love hearing my customers happy with there decision to purchase from me and tends to have them become a loyal customer.
