I have qualified both rounds of the interview but really disappointed with the Hiring process, even after clearing two round with positive feedback, in the third round, a guy came and asked me for the technology used in the project, I told him GWT with spring, he asked for Angular not used I replied not. then he asked about my current CTC and ECTC after that he asked me to leave HR will contact for the salary discussion, and later on, found that they have rejected my profile. Looks like if there is no opening in current technology why did you shortlisted my profile for that, you have wasted my 5 hrs of time. such an unprofessional hiring process. I think you should clear enough on your words what you say you should do. don't waste others time on keeping on waiting.
