during the interview process we had 2 sections. You had to complete the online group tutoring then in person training working with the students. Overall a good experience but very basic knowledge and experience

Good, quick and easy really nice interviewer. Do have to answer questions online before interview. You get told if you got the job while in the interview so good in that aspect.

Easy questions for the first round, Why you want to be a tutor, how would you describe this to zainab. Then face to face video interview. Need to be confident, I wasn’t confident so didn’t get the job.

Asked to engage with the children in a tutoring session and complete an English and maths competency test. Had to then have a 1:1 interview with the manager who asked how I support children with their learning.
