One of the worst managed organisation I've seen till now. I had around 4 rounds of interview and cleared all of them. No communication from HR, need to follow up with them again and again. I was asked to join the very next day(even though I had some personal commitments, still I agreed as they said it was an urgent requirement ) and then on joining day again no communication from HR. At EOD, when I asked the HR for update regarding joining process, she said that I'm being impatient and its disappointing to ask something like this. No further communication or reply from HR end after repeated emails/text. Such an UNPROFESSIONAL HR team they have. Apparently the management is not even aware about such incidents
