The process involved multiple interviews that inquired about my personal motivations, the skills listed on my resume, and various technical skills related to java, databases, and the like. In addition, there was a logic test online that tested my basic logic and basic code comprehension skills. A majority of the interviews were over phone, but there were two interviews performed on Skype.
