30 minute phone call with recruiter, 30 minute phone call with hiring manager, 3 hour on site interview with 6 different people. I thought the interview went great, everyone seemed engaged, I was able answer all the questions - I nailed it. However, I was ghosted.. I e-mailed both the recruiter and the hiring manager and neither responded. I called the recruiter a week later, he gave me some line saying I was still in the running. It's a couple weeks later now, again nothing from anyone. I have no problem accepting if its not a good fit or if they found a candidate they like better. But if you're going to ask someone to sit through 3+ hours you should at least have the decency to follow up and let them know one way or another. To completely ghost a job candidate like that is simply unacceptable.
