Several questions regarding my previous work experience and university transcripts. Fairly straightforward, no curve-balls. Phone screening followed by a 1-1 interview with the engineering team. Interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable.

Group interview conducted by engineers, a manager and a director. Not everyone is great at interviewing candidates. Only one interviewer asked in depth questions. The others seemed to be looking for the right personality. We had a low key discussion based on my prior experience and approach to problem solving. Came back the next day and also took a tour of the facility.
