A written test was condcuted through online portal which had medium difficulty . After few dayz a GD task was organized and finally interview was conducted with basic solid mech question

First round is technical Online test conducted by famous third party,(I don't want to mention, C******) which asks questions similar to gate but not that tough as GATE. People will be shortlisted based on the test and will be invited to write Aptitude test which is easy (not by famous third party) and you are expected to be fast in solving the maximum number of questions and then there will be a behavioral test which is also easy. After this you will have Group discussion which we had a technical case study topic which is also not that difficult. All that matters is your confidence and try interacting more with your group members and try speaking fluent English. After that again they announce the shortlist based on your resume and GD. After GD, if you are shortlisted you will have Technical and HR PI at a time. A panel of around three people will be taking your interview. And finally they will take very very few and will not announce the results soon. They will take time and then announce. I feel that they prefer Chennaites or the ones who talk more and who is very active in all the works. My view: Worst worst worst worst worst process....Hiring process is too lengthy.....Don't ever ever apply for this company...I did a mistake applying for this company....They are so selfish....They conduct GD for few people and they make it too lengthy....And they don't announce results immediately....I can never forget this company...You are in risk if you apply for this company process. BE READY FOR ANYTHING BEFORE APPLYING FOR THIS COMPANY. This is solely my view but not in general. This is generally a very good company. Advice to the one's who hire: Please announce results immediately or else as early as possible so that people doesn't keep any hope on your company and doesn't get depressed if you announce results soon even after undergoing a very long hiring process. Please don't play with the emotions of students who are really very interested to join your company and crossed all the rounds till the end, by announcing the results very late. Why I felt worst is even a highly reputed company which gives a very very good pay than this also will not have these many rounds as this company has.
