The interview process with the HR people was quite easy. However, the technical interview was hard due to the language barrier. Remember that this is a Chinese company, if you aren't a Chinese I would suggest to find another company. In addition, the salaries are low and you don't have holidays after the first year! They ask me all my visa documents, references, criminal background and even the asked me if I would be able to work the next week, but finally they decided the next week to show my position in a job fair. Do not trust them!
