I applied through a recruitment agency and was invited to a 30-minute online interview. The panel consisted of a representative from HR and two senior engineers. They asked me to introduce myself and provide some background information. Afterwards, they showed me a picture of one of their products and asked several questions about potential improvements to the design. I received feedback one day later.
