Attended a school they did not recruit from. Applied online, was assigned a phone screen time (did not pick which is odd. passed the phone screen and was flown onsite. They hosted a dinner before the actual interview the night before. Actual superday was with 3 different people, usually a senior consultant, director, and Senior Managing Director. Not sure about other offices and practices, but, Health Solutions DC is almost entirely comprised of alumni from only three schools. They brought in ~15 people to interview for the internship and mentioned they'll take 5-6. Kept in touch with a few of the people gunning for the internship and found out every kid that attended any of the three schools received an offer....... Be prepared to knock the socks off of every interviewer you meet with or you might not stand a chance no matter what your resume looks like just because they seem to prefer to wanna stick to a few select schools that they came from.
