First round interview over the phone for 30 minutes, followed by a full day of interviews aka "Superday". Interviewed with 3 people on the day of the Super Day and one over the phone.

Pretty basic questions, no real technical questions except examples of analysis. As usual, it's important to do research on the company beforehand.

1) group round - did a case study and each of us were asked questions based on our group answer after
2) math and verbal reasoning test, written essay test
3) individual interviews - one with current analysts about cv, one with a partner (casing)

Pretty basic behavioral questions - no technicals. I'd recommend knowing your "why" and being able to clearly explain your interest in the specific practice. Also, prepare to ask the interviewer more in-depth questions, too.
