It was really chill and everyone was dressed pretty casual. There were about 8 others and 4 of the managers and we got asked to introduce ourselves, then introduce the person next to us/“sell them” to the employers. We then got put into groups of 2/3 and were given a scenario and what we’d do in the situation and all the groups basically acted out a quick skit. The last thing we did was we were given a piece of paper faced down with a question. You had to answer it on a spot and couldn’t see your question until it was your turn. The whole thing only went for about an hour and if you had a question at the end you could speak to one of the managers afterwards. I applied through indeed and got an email about a week and a half later. The interview was a week later and I got a call the next day to offer me a job.

A short interview asking about why you want to work at Factorie and your experiences. Opportunity to ask questions in regards to hours. Was an inidividual one-on-one interview at the store.
