First there was a phone interview. This initial phone interview was to find out if the position was going to work in the un traditional schedule of the small office environment as well as if it would work into my schedule. I was asked a few questions regarding my past experience and I asked about the type of un traditional business hours. Then there was an on site interview and in the next few days they finished their interviewing process of the other candidates. I was asked to send my references to be checked, they called a few of them and was then offered the position.
