The interview was via zoom. I met with a clinical social worker who would act as my supervisor. We discussed the various programs available, my experience and interest, and their requirements if they were to hire me as an employee. The process moved extremely quickly. I assume they were ready to hire and onboard ASAP and I heard back within 24 hours. Once you get an interview, it’s likely that they already know they’d like to offer you the position.
