I met with several different managers, asking questions, I had to take a test on the food and drinks even though I was not going to be a server. You must be very outgoing and know EVERYTHING on the menu and what it is made of sauces, etc. before getting hired.

Applied in person and talked to the hiring manager where we set up an interview date. The interview was very straightforward and easy, almost zero questions asked about my work history, which was none at the time.
