I applied to the Retention Marketing Manager position in June and was quickly asked to complete a phone screening. Once passed, I had a zoom interview with the hiring manager. I was told that feedback was great and was asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation for an hour long meeting, of which 40mins would be Q&A. Soon after sending over my presentation, I was told the hiring manager wanted to see more on the slides. When I replied that that is not my style of presenting, I was told that it was fine and they would just take the presentation "as it." Weeks have gone by, I have reached out numerous times, and still no time has been set for the presentation to be conducted.
Sounds like free consulting doesn't it?
