The recruiter that I interviewed with forgot about the initial interview call, which was slightly annoying, but not a huge deal. I emailed her 30 minutes after the call was supposed to start and I did not hear back until the next day. When we finally connected the next week, she called 15 minutes late and pushed me off the phone 15 minutes later, cutting the interview time short. I was frustrated with the disorganization of this experience and the lack of care on the recruiter's part.
