      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa FareHarbor.

      I never spoke with a recruiter or a hiring manager. Rather, I was immediately connected with a member of the team for a phone conversation. I was subsequently asked to complete a technical/analytical assessment. This left me in an awkward place as only communicating with a prospective employee precluded me from asking some general questions - like salary ranges. Was it worth our respective time to proceed in the process? I still don't know... I spoke with another member of the team to review the technical assessment. The call was loud and there was clearly a game of pool going on in the background. I can appreciate the "start up culture" - I've lived in it for awhile - but I was starting to see the credence in the review suggesting that the typical director was under the age of 26 and had no previous work experience. The team members were nice but they acknowledged that their biggest need was a manager with more technical experience - and experience in general. However, this compounded the awkwardness of the situation. My candidacy was being rated, presumably, by people who didn't believe they had the skill set to do so. They didn't need to hear my philosophies on how to lead the team - or what the vision of the team should be - I just needed to tell them what they wanted to hear. I received an e-mail from one of the team members stating I wouldn't be going forward in the process. They also reminded me that they were an industry leader and were too busy to provide feedback. Well, this is not a world class experience. Look elsewhere, this company is a waste of time.
