send me a personality test, typical phone interview, said I was qualified (they said that on the past 3 jobs I applied for too) said they wanted to schedule another interview. 2 weeks later sent me a email saying thanks for applying we moved on with someone else. This is 3rd job ive been qualified or over qualified for and they just string you along. Not sure they even hire anyone for these jobs as reading through all these it seems they just interview a ton of people and rarely give offers. They are just collecting resumes - dont count on actually working here.
