This was the smoothest interview process I've gone through for any job. I've interviewed with FareHarbor for 2 other positions before this one and they were also really smooth. The interview structure is explained well in advance and the recruiters/HR are amazing so I was able to ask what I should prepare for. I first had the screener interview with the HR team, then I met with one of the managers 1 on 1, then I met with the director. Usually there is an assessment to do, but since I've previously done it they didn't have me do another. The turnaround time for this role was really quick since the start date is soon, and in previous role interviews it was about a week in between interviews. They usually told me within a day or two whether I was moving forward. This time around it was only a few days which I really appreciated. They gave me enough time to give a 2 week notice. Everyone was knowledgable and a great leader.
